Managing and organizing meetings- Office management (e.g. managing department audits, ordering office supplies, managing inventory, etc.)
Your Profile
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated personality

Minimum Salary
GehaSalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 33,235.30.
