You are joining a legal department acting in an advisory capacity to internal stakeholders in the area of banking law and capital markets law. You will support mainly risk management and compliance units as well as business units, e.g. in view of legal interpretations, legal checks of internal documents and contracts and regulatory implementation initiatives. We are a team of highly motivated and engaged lawyers trying to strive for the best service possible!

Your Tasks
-
- Legal support in the area of banking and capital markets law for internal stakeholders
- Legal interpretations of existing and upcoming legal requirements
- Legal support for administrative proceedings, implementation activities of legal requirements and in check processes
- Legal support in all related civil law aspects, e.g. drafting and negotiating respective contracts, legal check of contracts
- Providing legal training
- Keeping all relevant stakeholders up to date on legal changes

Your Background
-
- Master’s or PhD degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking/financial sector dealing with supervisory/regulatory issues
- Knowledge of the relevant banking and Capital Markets regulation acts
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn every day & to act in a truly international environment

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.567,- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
