Company Description

To strengthen our global Talent Management team located at our global headquarters in Austria, we are looking for a motivated and innovative Talent Management Specialist. The purpose of this role is to increase Red Bull’s capability to find and keep the right people and to grow our managers’ skills in giving people wings.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management topics. Your two main responsibilities are the support of the Talent Performance team in driving adoption of our Talent Management tools and to own global Talent Management processes.

Job Description

ENGAGEMENT SURVEY

In this role, you'll take charge of the annual engagement survey process, ensuring its smooth execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass thorough data preparation for the survey, collaborating closely with the Talent Management project lead to update relevant materials, and working in tandem with our HR counterparts across various countries to drive the survey process forward.

HR COMMUNICATIONS

You’ll give wings to our talent management intranet space by ensuring all information and resources are up to date. Leveraging internal communication channels to share global standards and best practices will be within your repertoire.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

You’ll drive our internally developed performance system ‘Amplify’ and lead the entire enhancement lifecycle, from strategically selecting key improvements and setting priorities, to implementation and testing. Your ownership extends to ensuring seamless activation and effective communication strategies for the performance management tool and cycle. Lastly, you’ll also ensure thorough knowledge management.

TALENT TALKS

In this role, you‘ll be responsible for organizing and facilitating regular Talent Talks for our global HR community. These talks will provide an opportunity for sharing best practices, diving deep into the purpose and activation of specific talent tools, and learning from relevant experts in the field. Your role will involve creating a space where the HR community can enhance their knowledge and skills in the area of Talent Management.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

First work experience, preferably within a role in Human Resources, Talent Management, Marketing, Communications

Proven experience in project management

Exceptional attention to detail, organization & prioritization

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (in English)

A strong focus on execution and results as well as an autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated working style

Preferably a strong eye for design & aesthetics

Preferably a passion for technology and process simplification & improvement

Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German is a plus

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
