Aufgaben
In the context of an upcoming project, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our team as a knowledge management expert. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in the design and creation of an adaptive industrial knowledge base and assistant system.
The successful candidate will contribute to the following tasks:
- Design, development, and implementation of a knowledge base and assistant system.
- Digitization and structuring of domain-specific knowledge into the knowledge base.
- Collaboration with subject matter experts to gather, document, and structure relevant information.
- Development and implementation of tools for knowledge sharing and dissemination across the organization.
- Data analysis and visualization, as well as collaboration with data science experts.
- Participating in the dissemination of results in an academic context.
- Reporting regularly to project management regarding the progress of the project.
Your expertise:
- Master's or diploma degree in Media & Communication, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with knowledge bases, databases, and knowledge management systems.
- Understanding of information architecture and UX principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualizations (e.g., in Python).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good English language skills.
- A working knowledge of the data sciences (including NLP), project management (SCRUM), and software architecture is a plus.
