Talent Acquisition Specialist [Australia]


 

What's the role?

We have an unique opportunity to join out Talent Team on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll work with a collaborative and genuinely lovely HR team!

We are looking for a candidate who is a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong business acumen. In this role you will partner with business leaders and the wider HR team to manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle for Hilti Australia. This is also a great opportunity for an external recruitment consultant to experience an in-house Talent Acquisition role.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract role for for 4 months, ending on Sept 29th 2023.

What does the role involve?

  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders across the business as you proactively pipeline and source for upcoming vacancies
  • Educate your key stakeholders on recruitment topics, including Recruitment training
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all candidates
  • Support with our Employer Branding and University partnership's strategy

What you need is:

  • 2 years' + of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high volumes of open positions concurrently and managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Previous experience using an Application Tracking System
  • Proactive recruitment approach - headhunting experience is ideal
  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A keen learner who seeks opportunities to develop skills and knowledge
